Food advertising exploits our primal desire to seek out food to stave hunger. In recent times we have become increasingly bombarded with food imagery.

Food images are often more appetising than the products they portray, the contents often baring very little resemblance what has been promised.

 Fascinated by these elements of trickery, I paired the sick making, sugary and the strange, evoking feelings of attraction and uncertainty by presenting alien ingredients in surreal and appealing arrangements.
